Lee Goodman is a professional mediator and arbitrator. He makes his living by helping people find solutions to their problems and settle their differences. He brings people together and guides them to mutually satisfactory agreements.

Lee was raised in Glencoe and attended New Trier East High School where he met Nancy, his wife of twenty-four years. They have lived in Northbrook for the past fifteen years. Their two children attended Northbrook public schools, graduated from Glenbrook North High School, and are now in college.

Lee is an attorney and has received public service awards from the Constitutional Rights Foundation and the Chicago Bar Foundation. He has written two books for lawyers. He is past president of the mediators’ professional association, has served on the boards of the Jewish bar association, the North Suburban Bar Association, and the assembly of the Illinois State Bar Association, and was the first man ever elected to the board of the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois.

Lee is a founder of the Northbrook Peace Committee, which promotes peaceful solutions to international conflicts.
